Our Founder
A true Renaissance woman, Kelly Wadlinger has never met a challenge she wasn't ready to tackle or an area of learning that didn't pique her interest. With her infectious positive attitude and wide variety of experiences, Kelly brings a bold and unique approach to problem solving for businesses of all sizes.
Prior to founding Dynamic & Diversified Solutions, Kelly held numerous positions at JM Family Enterprises, an $18B privately held firm focused on diversified automotive business operations. Being promoted 5 times in her 9 year tenure, she held roles in training, sales, strategic projects, recruiting, and talent programs and culture, each time taking on additional responsibilities and delivering high quality solutions to both internal and external clients.
Other experiences include: Numerous roles within the Faulkner Automotive Group, including Finance Director, and launching the FIAT brand in a boutique location, quickly outpacing expectations in profitability and sales volume and setting the stage for expansion. Writing perspective pieces for trade magazines, speaking at conferences, and co-moderating one of the largest online groups for trading best practices in automotive Finance and Insurance.
In addition to her work experience, Kelly is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, enjoys traveling, gardening, and playing with her rescue Corgi named Moose.
Key Projects and Experiences
Revamping the Performance Management Processes for a major organization, including change management, facilitating numerous training sessions, and integrating with new technology to streamline a burdensome process.
Overseeing the restructuring of the Talent Acquisition Department as part of a larger HR reorganization. Increasing efficiency and outputs through process improvement and proper alignment of work.
Establishing an Executive Recruiting Program, including working closely with new internal and external partners, establishing repeatable processes and procedures, including psychometrics and interview guidance, that lead to the hiring of 8 executives. Based on success of program, company invested in creating a department to solely focus on this work.
Leading the creation of the industry-first Virtual F&I program, which enables dealers to complete paperwork in numerous ways to best meet the needs of the customers. Lead to increased customer satisfaction and profits. Considered one of the strongest pilot programs in the company history and became a major offering to support clients during COVID.
Launched the inaugural class of a strategic company initiative to bring in new talent to the automotive field, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including hiring, developing curriculum, creating report and analytic tools, and coaching through structured team projects and individualized development plans.
