Prior to founding Dynamic & Diversified Solutions, Kelly held numerous positions at JM Family Enterprises, an $18B privately held firm focused on diversified automotive business operations. Being promoted 5 times in her 9 year tenure, she held roles in training, sales, strategic projects, recruiting, and talent programs and culture, each time taking on additional responsibilities and delivering high quality solutions to both internal and external clients.
Other experiences include: Numerous roles within the Faulkner Automotive Group, including Finance Director, and launching the FIAT brand in a boutique location, quickly outpacing expectations in profitability and sales volume and setting the stage for expansion. Writing perspective pieces for trade magazines, speaking at conferences, and co-moderating one of the largest online groups for trading best practices in automotive Finance and Insurance.
In addition to her work experience, Kelly is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, enjoys traveling, gardening, and playing with her rescue Corgi named Moose.

Launched the inaugural class of a strategic company initiative to bring in new talent to the automotive field, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including hiring, developing curriculum, creating report and analytic tools, and coaching through structured team projects and individualized development plans.
